It could be nothing, could be a hemorroid. I would have the doctor check it out just to be on the safe side.

Probably a hemorrhoid. If it only happens when you wipe and it is red that means it is coming from the anus and not up in your intestine and is not old blood, but fresh. So, you need to go to a regular family Dr. and be examined to make sure that is what it is. The other possibility would be Colon cancer or even Chron's disease but, you must have it checked out..My feeling is it is hemorrhoids so, go get that load off your mind. If you have no insurance try a clinic. Most cities have them and they charge you on a sliding scale depending on your income. Go, get peace of mind! Good luck!

Depends how much blood if you have a little spot on the tissue then you could be straining to hard to go to the bathroom. Hemorrhoids can also cause this. If there is a lot you need to go the ER you could be having a GI bleed! This would be a lot of blood though and it would smell awful (quite possibly the worst smell ever)!

Blood in stool can come from few causes like "constipation" for one. If your bowel movement is "hard" it may rupture small blood vessels as it is forced out. Hemorrhoids, they may bleed and you need medical care for that. You may want to get a "fecal blood occult" a stood test for the presence of blood in stood, a painless check for colon cancer. Your diet, eating indigestible food stuff that remains whole and reaches your large intestine will be passed out, as it came in, watermelon seeds is a common one.

Go see a doctor. Blood in your stool could be a sign of something more serious.

if its bright red its probably hemorrhoids or polyps up inside the rectum. if it is dark red then it could be a sign of a more serious condition. call your doc and he can have your stool sample examined and tested to make sure it's nothing bad.

If it is mostly after every time, then you do need to have it checked out. It could be a colon polyp or even worse it could be diverticulitis. Do get checked tho.
