Dido's still around and she's young too.
Also In late 2005, Dido began recording her third solo album. The album was originally expected to be released in late 2006, but Dido has stated on her official website that the album will be released in early 2007.

Some of her songs were compelling, but there was also something too bland and "safe" about her album material.. I was surprised the "White Flag" song did not become a bigger hit, it was pretty good. However, there is a LOT of competition out there with female singers, and a lot of it is indistinguishable. Dido needs another killer hit,but she doesn't have the chops of Adele, the edginess of Gaga, or the bombastic stadium-pop of Katy Perry. Still, she might surprise us all and hit the charts again.

She is from Europe so most of her music probably never reaches the USA. While i only like one song that she sings the only reason anyone in the states knows who she is... Because Eminim sampled her song "thank you" for his song "Stan"

She probably has made enough money from us so she is in retirement. Wait for the big comeback, or the Xmas edition, or her final concert.
