Should I be a supportive wife and stay in the town I hate working the job with people who are annoying, or make him move somewhere else so that I can make more and be happy

If you choose to lead, you will become his mommy.
Then you can make all the future choices for ya'll and he will never fullfill his position in life as the leader of the home.
If you want a boy, then you lead!
