Ohh the way they keep going on and on about you I thought they were your very best friends. LOL small minds are sometimes very entertaining. I would say something to the effect of I glad I am so important in your world. You've got a fan club!

Yes. Live it up. If somebody is worried about you, more than You are worried about you, then somebody there has a serious problem that isn't you.
I mean, really, if somebody is paying so much attention to you that it is annoying, then yes, you are definitely famous because of it. Not famous in the sense of "movie stars," of course, but you knew that.
