no you would be dead in both cases because the muscles would receive no atp (energy) if there arent any cells to deliver it. same with the heart thing...without a heart you wount have blood which means you wont have energy which means your muscles wont function. this is just one of the many possible explanations but all will lead to the same answers...no and np.

The heart pumps the blood to all parts of our body. The blood contains oxygen and nutrients to the whole body. Without the heart, we would be dead.

Your brain moves your muscles. If you didn't have a heart and no blood went to your brain carrying oxygen your brain would die and you would be dead. You need both those organs.

no because the heart pumps blood,blood carries oxygen and without oxygen, cells in tissue would die, then the tissue would die (including muscle tissue). Muscle tissue dies therefore we can't have movement.
