Steps
*Obtain glow-in-the-dark powder.
*Decide if you want a water based or an oil based paint. Either type needs to be mixed with clear acrylic, which can be found in art stores. I suggest you use a gel type of medium for both. They dry clear and you only need to add a dab of either type pigment.
*Mix one ounce of powder for every three ounces of paint.
*Stir and you're finished.

Tips
*Gel mediums dry clear and they allow the glow powder to be activated by light best.
*Only add a dab of paint. The less pigment the better. Any additional questions? Visit www.GloNation.com.

Warnings
Oil paints are not safe for children. Only use water based paints for kids.
