It's not because Yahoo! is busy, but they have to put the question into their script. It is also because Yahoo! is a very large website. They have to update everything when you ask a question.

it has happened to me before alot, but i don't think its because the site is busy. I think yahoo just dosen't like your question even though it probably follows the rules so they don't delete it they jusy delay it.

I have seen it and I have noticed that every time it takes some time, more questons get deleted,I think that it gets slow becauseit is being checked manually.
