You can get a book and do it yourself -- it's not complicated -- or you can check in with the computer science department at a local high school or college. There's probably someone there who can do a pretty good job and would be happy to get the experience.

Check out WebTech University. It offers FREE online classes in basic HTML and CSS and there is an area for Q&A ...you might find someone there willing to tutor you as well.
