well I think this would be really great. First get some roses get them cold and then spread them all over your bed with tons of candles, don't light the candles yet. Close the door in the meantime the room will fill with a fresh scent of flowers it will smell wonderfully. Next make a little dinner and for a gift pick up a bottle of don 150.00 a bottle so good and romantic.
After that take him by his hand and have him close his eyes take him to the room lay him on the bed blind him for a minute light the canles and get down to your bra and panties get new colorful ones his favorite color. Then whisper in his ear that you are so happy that you know him and that you have made a year of good experiences together and that you love him, t\ake the blind folds off and kiss his neck and then everything will unfold from there. This will be the best night for the two of you and it will never be forgotten. Good Luck

In marriage, the one year anniversary is supposed to be something made of 'rubber'.
I'm pretty sure, anyways.
In any relationship, usually by one year, you guys are into the 'working' part of the relationship, and it could be up and down, or tedious, or both, or neither.
Anyways, maybe something to bring back some of the "we just met" stuff.
Candlelight dinner, a trip to a place you guys used to go, anything that sparks that 'just met' feeling again. It feels Great!

Go on a trip together which you can associate with the 1st Anniversary.....or do something extra special that will leave a positive and lasting impression. Good luck, they say the first year is the easiest.

On my one year anniversary with my boyfriend (now husband) we went back to where we met (the Y in NYC on New Years eve.) And we have done that on several anniversaries since (after 13 years.) It just brings us back to where we started and seems very romantic.
