I think that Sandy Allen still holds the record for tallest living woman. I saw her website and she measures 7' 7 1/4".

ME 5' 3 1/2" well you know short pppl like myself always have to put that 1/2 inch :)

My guess would be Margo Dydek, who plays for the Connecticut Sun in the WNBA. She is 7'2".
