Both you immerse yourself in water. does soaking in swimming pool give the same affect as in spa? what is in the water for the spa that make us feel lighter and get rid of toxin?

I think by spa you meant the jacuzzi. It's got warmer water, jets to massage your back and feet, and you just sit in there, you don't swim.
Whether it gets rid of toxins or not depends on how much you believe in alternative therapy and medication. It is, however, soothing and relaxing, so you do come out feeling lighter and more refreshed.
If you are a guy, staying in the jacuzzi for too long will lower your sperm count because of the heat. Also, no one should sit in there for more than half an hour at a time without coming out because it can dehydrate you and you can get dizzy and faint.

I'm not a specialist but I think a spa is hotter and has jets
swimming pool is more for fun

No. i bypass to a swimming pool on a daily basis, yet i don't very own one. it may well be lonely if I did although, I doubt i'd use it as plenty via fact the only i bypass to, via fact I pay a month-to-month club and chat to the human beings there - if i did not bypass somebody there would tell me off!
