Well me and my b/f have been together for 4 yrs already and we have a very active sex life. Everything is okay up till now one day by curiosity I have asked him if he felt if there was anything that I
could do to spice up our sex life he said that I could be a bit more proactive in bed becouse he always ends up starting foreplay. This might sound silly but even after 4yrs together I am still very shy when it comes to me coming onto him in bed . Any ideas on how to overcome my shyness in bed???

First, by him telling you that....he's letting you know that if you start something....he will be receptive to it. He's not asking you to come up with role-playing ideas or sex-games. He just wants you to start the kissing, or get in bed one night and pull his shorts down and go for the goods.

The only way to beat the shyness is to do it once...and if he responds well...your problem will be cured.

Maybe try some role-playing with him. Chose something you both like, maybe even buy costumes together. Play doctor and nurse or something that will allow you to act as someone else for a while. Don't do it so often that you become dependent on a costume to get you going, just often enough to see if you can find some moves that you feel comfortable doing to initiate foreplay.

Good luck!

Cosmo. Get it. Read it. And practice it. But most of all, don't let him know. He'll love it. Buy a copy today and flip to the first thing you see about night time fun and remember it. Great advice. Try Cosmo on line if you don't want to buy a copy. Also look up Glamor. And be aggressive. Every guy likes that. It's OK to grab him...everywhere!! He'll love it and go south no matter what any guy says that is the bomb but surprise him with it.

you shouldn't be embarrast at all. well here 's the way i see it your giving him some of you but you can't seem to release your sexual emotions completely. it's really very simple, you like what you are doing with your boyfriend ,but deep down inside your saving your all for the man you will be spending the rest of your life with. you just haven't realized it yet but when the right man comes along it will just happen automaticly .then afterwards you will sit up and say wow this is what it's all about. (LOVE)

yeah,if you are old enough, have a glass of wine, fill the tub up with water,a few candles and a radio. some cool music and the mood will set itself. if you have been together that long, what are you afraid of? oh, and by the way, reading a romance novel before hand doesnt hurt.

Don't worry about it.....let things flow naturally without giving it much thought, live in the moment and you may find everything works out just fine. Don't overthink the situation.

When you are lay next to each other in bed just rub his thigh and work your way upto his... Penis... and just caress it until he's hard then position yourself on top of him and go for it... I'm sure he'll appreciate that... Give it a go and watch him smile :)
