yes. cookies are always automaticaly downloaded. Like for instance when you come to the yahoo page. All the things like the click ons for mail, picktures etc are all cookies. They download automatically that way the next time you visit the site it will load faster.

Cookiees are downloaded automatically on ur system. If u want to have a look what cookies have been downloaded to ur computer look at here
C:\Documents and Settings\ .... \Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
where ..... refers to ur login name

that's 90% of what a cookie is, if you mean to see the code of the cookie then you can see it in your Internet program's folder where it saves them as txt files
