which is better to use a electric razer(remington titanium) or a gilette. which one works better and gets closer.

Different strokes for different folks. What works for me might not work for you and visa versa. Every face is different, so I would just try both and see what works the best for you.

from personal experience I would say the mach 3 turbo works the best but I have really thick facial hair and I swear I have to shave Like twice a day. so for someone like that a mach 3 turbo works great but if you have minimal facial hair the electric would prob do better cuts down on friction and might not get as close or easy to detail but should do the trick plus it's cheaper in the long run

I've never had much luck with electrics, though I haven't tried the brand you mention.
Plain old Gilette Sensor Excel does me right.

A gillette or similar product usually gives a closr shave. I,however, have used various electrics for over 20 years now just because they are more convenient.

gilette shaves closer but electric can save you time....

i actually prefer manuals..may take longer but you get more off that way
