Check the master electrical for either MAXI fuses or fusible link.
With what little info you give, that is about the best I can do.

first check the battery terminals are clean and tight. No corrosion on the battery terminals then check the fusible link or main battery fuse in the fuse box. If there is no power at all then it's got to be one these unless the batteries are dead.
no lights on the dash or headlights or even the horn then there no power going to anything see a technician for help....bad or missed connection somewhere good luck

Keep it simple first. Check the fuses. Most of the time its fuses,normally there is a master fuse block under the hood. and there is 1 to 2 fuse blocks inside the cab. Hope this help.
