We are not albinos. My boyfriend is white and he is medium brown skinned with black curly hair.

It because a long time ago white people thought they were better than everyone else (some still do), and they thought that everyone else should be called "colored".

Non-white chose to call themselves 'people of color' instead of being called 'colored', I guess it's suppose to sound better, but anyway. White people can call themselves people of color if they want to, but how many white people really want to do that???
