They should. I'd call a junk yard that has "Hollander" books that tell them what does and doesn't fit.

It depends on the year of both vehicles. Buick Regals were both RWD in the late '80s and FWD later on (just like the Grand Prixs). If you're looking at similar vintages, the rims should swap.

depends on what size the wheel is, whether it is a 14 or a 15 figure that out first then you can decide if it will fit

since both are gm-- i would think so-- measure the bolt pattern and see if they are both the same- if so-- then go for it
