I don't wear them because i have a phobia of urinating or defecating all over the place at all hours of the day... i wear them cause they are snug and keep everything in its place... but i don't like the huge butt look.. please help

There are several different brands and styles of adult-'undergarments'...I'm sure, if you try hard enough, you'll be able to find a brand, that is as effective, and yet, discreet!

Hey, I am sorry you are getting a lot of people making fun of you and I am sure the real reason you don't want to disclose for the reasons of how these people are acting. I would try some other brands or maybe ask your doctor about this. I would also try wearing bigger pants just a little baggy and not that noticeable but I am sure its not and you just feel weird about wearing them.
