"Do you remember when" or "I remember when"- dance tune help?

Who wrote the club song that has a man's voice going "do you remember when do you remember when?" rapidly...? Or maybe it is "I remember when..." I searched for it under those words, and I think it is called something else. Thanks!

I think the song you refer to is called "Forever Young" it was recorded by 3 diff groups I think one of the versions is in the movie "Napoleon Dynamite"
