the important question here is not how do you put something completly out of your mind for life, The answer is how do you learn from something that you would like to bury for life, how do you make yourself a better person with what you have gone through.

the question you should be asking yourself is what is ti tht makes me want to forget about this forever. I cant say anything because ive said that i want to forget about some things forever but i know how to deal with it. You will never for get about it. It will alwys be in the back of oyur mind no matter waht you do to try to forget it. it will always appear in your head when you are thinkin gto yurself or when yu are sitting in class. Is all i can say is face it. if its to hard to face by yourslef then call me i will be here for you. 601-420-4302

this may seem silly so whatever you want to do, obviously.....
go somewhere quiet with no interruptions, and think about the situation with a different outcome, maybe you didn't go there to begin with, something different happened, really believe it think of every detail of your new memory
look around the room, colors, half eaten sandwich etc, replay the new memory in your head over and over again until you believe it, old memory will fade and be replaced if you do it right.

You can't. If you could a lot of us could forget different parts of our lives that we didn't care for. I believe that our pasts makes us who we are today. That past bad relationship makes me know what to look for in a different one. That past mistake about something makes me judge better on new ideas. Take the past and make it work for you instead of against you. I think I am a better person, friend, sibling, and child because of what I have learned from past mistakes.

well it depends what it is if its a death well then u have too get on with ur life but if its boyfriend problems or u really like a guy well find a new subject to think about... break up with ur boyfriend, and a totally new crush!! ect.

I agree with the first answer... you need to heal, work it out, get counseling, write about it... hell, ask theREAL question, get it out there, then you'll get the real deal the unbiased answers you want!

. i don't think about it and when you start stop and think of something else.i do it all the time when i think of bad things that happen to me.i stop myself and shake it off .and tell myself it happen to some one else believe me it works ////// smile

the best way is drugs and lots and lots of alcohol.... mostly the drugs and alcohol though... this is the only way... have fun!
