fill up a ziploc sandwich bag half way with water and hang them over your door to outside. Or poke a really small hole in screen and put a white cottonball in the whole.

Search the house and close by outside for trash, animal poop, standing water or other types of areas where flies and mosquitos breed, and eliminate them. Make sure all your windows have screens on them.
Then, in the house, after giving it a thorough cleaning, keep your vacuum handy with the nozzle attached and when you see one suck it up in the vacuum. This way they can't lay their eggs inside the house, either.

I have them in my house too. Check and make sure your don't have any standing water or place mosquitoes can breed on your property. If they are really bad, you can buy those smudge pots that make that smoke that is supposed to keep mosquitoes away. I don't really know how to get rid of them, though. I don't have my doors wide open, and they still get inside.

Get one of those insect bombs and set it off. When you return home, make sure there are no damp areas to attract new mosquitos and that there isn't alot of food crumbs around to attract the flies.
