The fastest way is to have a soap suds enema, be sure to hold it as long as possible before releasing. If you can afford it, I might suggest you have a colonic, if constipation is a problem with you.
The water goes all the way up your colon unlike enemas that only go a short distance. With the colonic they keep putting water up your rectum until you are clear. You may feel a little cramping but it soon goes away. You will feel wonderfull afterwards I promise you. It costs about $40.00-50.00 per treatment, but the results are well worth it.

DRINK MORE WATER!!!
Try powered Buffered vitamin C as Calcium Ascorbate. One teaspoon in a glass of water or juice will usually do the trick. You can keep increasing the dose by 1/4 teaspoon until you get a loose stool and then decrease the dose.
Another safe method is magnesium supplements which are also healthy for you.

Constipation is God's way of punishing you for being so crabby!
BAWHAHAHAHAH!
Try glycerin suppositories. They are over the counter and you can start w/ a children's dose.
Also, sugar free candy can have a laxative effect. Eat 5 or
6 pieces of sugar-free candy and see if you can poop.

try eating dried fruits, prunes are especially helpful, eat bran (either in cereal, or bran muffins regularly) drink plenty of water every day and eat whole wheat bread.
drinking cranberry juice or orange juice 2 or 3 ounces every day will also keep your stools soft. LOL It is awful when your body doesn't function regularly, try to stay away from harsh laxatives like ex-lax, dairy products like cheese is also not a good thing to consume when you are constipated.

enema can be bought at store for about 2 bucks. Or if you cant wait fill up a douch bottle with plain water. Will be using the bathroom before you even get through probably. Less than 5 minutes.

Drink a big cup of coffee!!! It works every time!!!
If you don't like coffee, you can try milk of magnesia, or a tablespoon of mineral oil... Both are tasteless & gross on the way down, but will get things 'moving right along' heh heh...

Try Fiber One cereal. It comes in flakes too. It has 14grams of fiber per serving. We need 25grams per day. Fiber naturally gets things moving in your system.
Or try a non-natural way: Exlax Maximum Strength (Its a laxative) Within 6 to 12 hours you should have a dump.
