You need to do research on that extensively. Its difficult to manage a property from state to state, so raise the bar a bit higher when it comes to managing a property out of country. The important thing to keep in mind is that you need to get information on taxes for Jamaica and find out their laws on land ownership which are much different. Talk to a lawyer or real estate agent that is knowledgable about international property laws and related transactions.

Be careful about Jamaica. A much more stable government to deal with would be Costa Rica. The laws and bureacracies for each country are different, and some are not kind to foreigners.

i don't sense that any actual sources enterprise probability is there in Jamaica somewhat you will get many extra opportunities in Canada. i individually sense that Canada would be maximum suitable actual sources enterprise in coming years.
