You could try a wire brush with vinegar or goo begone.

you don't say how many bricks, or how much paint. If you are talking splatters or small amounts, buy some Krudd Kutter. It is water based and removes everything I've tried it on. Just keep it wet till it does it's thing.

a powerwasher will do the trick. you can rent those at a hardware store like home depot. But you have to be careful with those. Also, there are paint strippers out there in the same types of stores...even walmart, but they will have an odor so get a mask while you're at it.

You might try using TSP (Trisodium Phosphate) and a wire brush. It worked for me when taking drips of an oil-based paint off concrete. TSP is relatively cheap and you can buy it at Lowe's, amongst other places. Make sure you wear gloves!

The most effective way is sand blasting it off, there is not easy way to do this. Please stop in a hardware store and maybe they have a better less expensive way to help. Good Luck

Try powerwasher. See if there is a graffiti remover agent that you can use in the washer?

The safest way and probably the best is to sandblast it. You may be able to rent one fairly reasonable

sand paper should work, but it would take forever using just a piece of sand paper you should find a sander.....
