how do I move my favorite sites to this tool bar?

Click on Bookmarks>Edit/Import Bookmarks>Import Bookmarks. Follow directions from there. Done!

Do you see the little yellow pencil next to the big red Y! in the upper left corner? Click on "personal options" then choose the add/edit option. Follow the directions and you'll be able to make all the changes you want! I just re-organized mine tonight and it's simple!
