It is both corporate run and they also sell them as franchised resturants. But both have to follow the service guidelines of the Mc Donalds corporation.

It's franchised out... they're all individually owned McDonalds' businesses, but they do have to follow some rules from corporate.

Its both You can become an owner of one so it would no longer be considered a corparate store it would be a franchise store that would be regulated by the corparation but still be part of the cahin.
