My wife says that everything up until sex is romantic. Like candles, flowers, foreplay, etc... is romantic, but once you start doing the deed there is no longer any romance involved. What is your opinion?

romance is fake in the end. get down and dirty with your girl and keep the relationship like that and you'll both be happiest

I think sex can be so many different things, sex can be fun, exciting, exotic, and definitly romantic. Example: My boyfriend surprised me the other night. I walked into the bathroom and he had all the lights out, light some candles all around the bath tub, undressed me slowly with some very passionate kisses and we just took a very romantic bath togehter, and then went into the bedroom and had very romantic sex.

I can somewhat understand where your wife is comming from, like i dont feel its very romantic if all your doing is rough , hard sex. I talk to my boyfrined about this , and we agree that communication is so important.

Ask her how she wants it, hard, or soft. because for me, if im just wanting sex its usualy hard and playful, but my boyfriend always knows when i want it slow because we start it off slow, passionate kissing, light touches, undressing eachother slowly, kissing while lying down, tenderness. ect.

Candles.flowers and foreplay is romantic but its not doing the deed if you love and married to someone , its suppose to be called Making Love. sex sounds dirty and making love sounds like you in love with the person. There's a difference.

I think sex is very romantic. To me it's a sure sign of love, there's no way to possibley get any closer to someone and what a way but to show someone that you love them but to physically connect with them?? I think it so romantic and passionate and sweet but then again I LOVE SEX lol

I guess it would depend on the person. I think that it can be. It's all about how you do it. Sex, is not really romantic. I think for it to be romantic, they call it...making love....lol.

Well now, if you remember to romance her the way she likes it ,then you will get the romance YOU WANT!!! I think the sexual part is where the MAN DEFINITELY SEALS THE ROMANCE and not just the dance, cause this is where you make love to her, not just bop her. Not a day goes by that I don't remember her down in OK city

It depends on how the deed is being done. If you're the kind of guy that grabs the headboard and hammers her into the mattress, then no. If you're slow and sensual and concerned about her pleasure, then yes.
Both can be fun anyhow!
