Go up to Tools and Internet Options. Click delete Cookies and check 'delete offline content' and click OK, Click OK again and your cookies are gone.

go to http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/ run the online scan make sure to have a pop up blocker turned off and it will remove most of it then download adaware free do a yahoo or a google search you want the free personal edition dload and scan with that that should do it
