Voting laws vary from state to state. In the state of Tennessee all voting records are open to public inspection. Which means you may look at a person voter registration and see what elections they have voted in, but not how or who they voted for.

The overall records for the state, county, etc are public. However, individual voting records are not.

Individually no because we vote in private but the overall outcome should be on record.
