I usually create a project for myself that makes me feel like I accomplished something positive. It doesn't have to be big. It could be as simple as making the bed or vacuuming a room. That's a good start. Then reward yourself with a cool pop or a bowl of tomato soup. Sounds crazy but it works.

take a walk.
take a long, hot bath.
treat yourself to something special. ex. new jewlery, get your hair nails done, buy yourself a new outfit
take a day to pamper yourself like you're at a spa.
have a good long cry.
