Sure. But can you read more at once? I'm working on A Clockwork Orange, Theatre of the Mind (a scienc book), A Brief History of Time (another science book), Harry Potter Goblet of Fire, The Black Gryphon and Stardust. I get bored easily and try to read one chapter from every book each day. And no. I don't watch much TV.

yes I sometimes read 3 :o) I get bored quickly if I don't have more than one book at a time. Right now I am reading both a fiction and a non-fiction. It's almost like taking a break from the other book for a short while.

Actually, I have read two, sometimes three books during the same general period of time. Recently, I finished re-reading Intimate Friendship with God by Joy Dawson and Mighty Christ by R C Sproul.

Yes, I do this quite often it seems. One book sometimes is dry and you need something else to wash it down. Think of it as eating saltine crackers without water or Oreo cookies without milk. As long as the books aren't too similar, a sequel to the other or by the same author I think this is common.

You can but it can make you get lost easy. Plus it's better to get lost and in deep in just one book at a time. Later on when you think about the books you may get them mixed up.

if one book starts getting real long and heavy duty, like Tom Clancy 700 pages, i leave it for a while,
then i might quick read something light like a Louis L'Amour western.
the hard part is picking up on the first one where you left off without reviewing, etc.
