Have you been evaluated by a doctor? It could be growing pains, but it could be something more also. When I was 13, I played a lot of sports, esp. basketball. I ended up having avascular necrosis in my knee, which caused extreme pain to the point that I couldn't stand to put weight on it. I had to wear a special brace for a while, until it healed and the pain stopped. Avascular necrosis isn't very common in young ppl, but it can happen. Talk to your dr. Get a few xrays, just to make sure things are ok. And have them check your blood pressure. If you're getting dizzy, make sure you tell them that also. That may be a sign of something else.

Many athletes your age get "growing pains" - the bones are often growing quicker than the muscles, ligaments, and tendons and that stretching effect causes the pain in joints. It shouldn't cause dizziness unless you are taking a pain medication while you are playing soccer. You may also be low on iron, which would cause the lightheaded feeling. Female athletes need more iron, so you may need a supplement. I would discuss all of these symptoms with your family physician.

are you wearing supposrtive enough shoes? i'd go see a doctor - it sounds like you're losing muscle tone/mass or developing tendonitis. hope a doc can help you get better!
