It doesnt really sound like an allergic reaction are you taking this advil on an empty stomach? When I take ibprofen on a empty stomach I feel really sick and get sweaty and feel dizzy try even just drinking a glass of milk before you take it and see if that helps.

it could be an allergic reaction you should talk to your doctor. If that drug makes you feel worse then be sure they give you something else don't just take what they give you. You do have the right to request a substitute.

ADVIL SIDE EFFECTS:
Upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, headache, diarrhea, constipation, drowsiness, and unusual fatigue may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: stomach pain, swelling of the feet or ankles, ringing in the ears (tinnitus). Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: vision changes, joint pain, muscle pain or weakness, easy bruising or bleeding, persistent sore throat and fever. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these highly unlikely but very serious side effects occur: changes in amount or color of urine, yellowing of the eyes or skin. If you notice any of the following unlikely but serious side effects, stop taking ADVIL and consult your doctor or pharmacist immediately: black stools, coffee-ground vomit, persistent stomach/abdominal pain. An allergic reaction to ADVIL is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist

that's an alergic reaction possibly. call a pharmacy and ask, it may be affecting your body and cause some serious damage. although those chances are slim, chances are it can still happen to you.
