Where i live, the wind is stronger during spring & summer. That ruins the sunny days :(

How does wind ruin a sunny day? lol If it's hot, a breeze or wind is very refreshing. I am really am not getting your point here. What exactly is your question?
Winds and currents are different at different times all over the world obviously. There is not one specific time or season when it is windy everywhere or not windy everywhere. Watch the weather channel sometime.
