I was wondering if anyone can tell me why everyone on those emergency room shows has fuzzy genitals? Or in the case of women fuzzy boobs?

It's fuzzy because they are blurring the picture to cover them up.

I know on an episode of Nip/Tuck about drugs being smuggled through breast implants they definitely showed them. No blurring. It's not considered appropriate for little children.

THAT IS BECAUSE OF FCC RULES TO KEEP DECENCY IN TELEVISION.
IF YOU GO TO PAY TV SUCH AS CABLE OR SATELLITE IT WON;T HAPPEN BECAUSE THE RULES ARE DIFFERENT.
