Now the death toll is 9/11 times two. U.S. military deaths from Iraq and Afghanistan now match those of the most devastating terrorist attack in America's history, add casualties from chasing terrorists elsewhere in the world, and the total has passed the Sept. 11 figure. What are your thoughts on this?

It is sad that that many lives have been taken in this war. Not as bad as Viet Nam, yet. Apparently we are going to be there for some time so unfortunately the numbers will mount up.

This war on terror isn't a number's game.

The Islamic terrorists have made their agenda very clear - either the infidels of the world converts to Islam, or die. A one world government under Islamic Law - without the infidels, of course.

I am not going to convert to Islam - and I'm damn sure not going to die because of that decision.

This radical and fanatical Islamic ideology must be completely destroyed - by whatever means it takes.

What is it compared to the amount of deaths we would see if Sadam got the wmds he was seaking? How about the number of deaths from more Al Queda attacks?

How many americans died at Pearl Harbor? What is that compared to the number who died in Germany, France and the Philipines?
