Seeing it's a caddy you will be paying for the name so you can figure on the price of the engine plus installation, figure if a chevy engine costs $3.000.00 a caddy will be double that.

Allot less than buying a new gas guzzler, it's the best thing anyone can do! I have a 91 jimmy and it's a rust bucket, almost brake like Fred flinstone not to mention my windshield is held in by duct tape due to the rust! The rebuilt motor saved me a bundle though!

i own a repair shop,,and i can get a good engine for that car,and install it for around 1800 ,and that's for everything ,and it comes with a warranty also on it,and all labor is guaranteed as well, usually the engine will have a 30-120 day warranty on it,,which isn't bad for a good used one,,good luck i hope this help,s.

If you look on ebay engines for those things go for $2,000-7,000 dollars. My father needs one too.If you find someplace reasonable, let me know.He cannot afford that much for a new engine. We figure it would be cheaper to get a new car.
