Everytime I try to make a call to anyone, I get the busy signal & a call failed message...

Cingular is AWFUL ALL the time... I called to complain about service and was told it was because I live "near trees." Who the heck DOESN'T live near trees?!?! What a CROCK. I can't wait to change carriers.

I'm not right now but I can't believe Cingular has the fewest dropped calls. I went from Verizon to Cingular and have never had so much trouble. Everytime I call a friend in a state far away we get disconnected after about the first 30 minutes and then again about every 30 minutes.

There may be a site off the air in the area you're in right now. Either wait and try again later or go a couple of miles away from where you are and try it again. If you can make a call from the new location call customer care and let them know there may be a site down. Sometimes sites go off the air because someone is working on it or because of a land line issue. Let the care folks now where you were when you got the busy signals.

yeah, i live in ft worth tx and i have been having this same problem. cingular says that they are in the process of updating the towers.
