We do this drive all the time towing a boat because we love to go to Canyon Lake. It takes us right at 2 1/2 hours without stopping and we drive somewhere around 70mph. I live in Katy and we always stay in North San Antonio. It is a short trip!

Dear Reader,
Well, it depends. If you take the shortest way, wuch to gwt on I-10 West for & stay on for 160 miles, then get on I-140 N for 2 miles, get on I-35 South / US-81 South. That would be the shortest way. Wuch, you might or might not get on 1-35 or not. But, It would take you about 2 1/2 hours, & it would be about 170 miles.

I JUST CAME BACK FROM VACATION IN SAN ANTONIO. WE CAME FROM LOUISIANA AND STAYED THE NIGHT IN HOUSTON ON OUR WAY TO SAN ANTONIO. WE TOOK I-10 AND IT TOOK ABOUT 3HR, MAYBE A LITTLE MORE. IT WAS A REALLY EASY DRIVE (EVEN WITH A FOUR YEAR OLD ASKING IF WE WERE AT SEA WORLD YET).
BEWARE THOUGH.............SAN ANTONIO IS A HEADACHE TO DRIVE IN. BUT WE HAD A GREAT TIME
