Why don't you go to someplace like MAC, where you can have your makeup applied by someone who will show you and you can purchase all of the products at the same time?

I would say the best way would be to go in to like a Mac cosmetic store since they can help you find the right colours for you and how to apply it. Or you can try magazines like cosmopolitan or Aveda also for will help you learn how to apply your makeup but they do charge for that though not too much but I think it would be worth it.
