Hey! It depends on what color you're wanting to play up in your eyes. If you're wanting to bring out the green then use a shade of purple. If you're wanting to play up the blue then use a shade of brown. Almay makes eyeshadow for specific colored eyes, I would check that out. As far as how to apply it (it's kinda long, bur really easy).....1st apply your foundation all over your face to even out your skin tone, 2nd apply your blush (if you use 2 coordinating shades then you can accent your cheekbones), use a sand color eyeshadow and apply it to your brow bone, the inner corner of your eye, and the tops of your check bones (doing this alone will really make your eyes pop). Apply your eyeshadow, and then line your eyes CLOSE to the lash base. Don't make a thick line as this will make your eyes appear smaller. Curl your lashes and then add the mascara. I know this sounds like a lot, but it really only takes like 5 minutes to do. If it sounds kinda confusing you can always email me. Hope it helps out a bit.

Try some Mary Kay periwinkle with a little bit of Rose Mist added in. The periwinkle will bring out the green in your eyes and the Rose Mist will bring out the blue.
Start with a very light base ( a sheer color). Use the periwinkle right above the eyeliner and let it kind of fade upwards into the rose mist. Very simple to keep it light and it won't look trashy.
If you make the eyeshadow a tiny bit darker around the outer edge of your eyelids, it will make your eyes look wider...

It's a little pricey but I'd suggest going with the Almay line that's made specifically for your eye color! It has the matching mascara and eye liner and eyeshadow.. and even instructions on how to properly put it on!

Good luck!

well maybe a sparkley color eyeshadow that is a bit lighter than your skin tone could make them shine. if you want to play up your eyes almay is a great company and they give shadows that are good for brown, green, blue, and hazel eyes. i have brown colored eyes and i use white eyeliner sometimes to make them pop, you could also try that.

First match the skin tone of your eyelids, then go a few shades darker.

(Or if you're edgy, make love to your man, and get him to videotape it. In the heat of the moment, your eyelids will flush. Match that color.)

Rich Coppery colors or Bronze colors. These colors enhance your eye color and skincolor. If you put both of them on your eyes and blend them they will look really pretty.

you should try green eyeshadow, to be the same shade
purple, to stand out a little
or, bronze, to be the same shade as your skin, and look more natural
