I just started fasting, i have gained weight recently and i wanna lose them, but during fastin, i have to eat at 8pm not allowed earlier than that..., and thats like rlly late, nyway i just wanna know wat food i have to eat that would help me lose weight "healthy food", and wat kind of excersicing at nite..... i usually sleep at 11........anyway im 23yrs old female, 158cms, and i just wanna lose weight this month, and if i do i will continue with the plan..

maybe i wasnt specific, its ramadan, and i have to fast for a whole month, and i am not allowed water or food b4 8pm..
and eatign at 8 is pretty late!!

Just eat fruits, veggies, and a low calorie meal, maybe about 600cal....... and do some cardio 30mins will b gr8!! good luck with ur fasting

First, forget the fasting thing. It doesn't work for more than a week. Your range in weight should be 95-127 lbs since you are 153 centimeters (5 feet). If you are larger than 127lbs excerise at least 3 times a week. Get into sports. Eat right. Don't sit on the couch too much and don't pig out more than five times a month. And don't go anorexic.

If you really want to kick start your metabolism, eat several small power meals and drink LOTS of water... Water seems to be a big catalyst in losing weight.

Remember to write down everything you eat, even if it is just a bite of something. All those little bites add up... It will really show you where your weaknesses lie. Remember when you get tempted that "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!"

Check out the Negative Calorie diet. Example(not accurate figures you'd have to look the diet up but you'll get the drift) An apple is 72 calories, however from chewing to total digestion, if takes 95 to burn it, so instead of gaining 72 calories, you ditched 23. This diet details all the things you that burn more calories than the calories they have in them.

Try to follow the weight watchers plan.They use a point system. You get more pts. for exercise too!
I have lost 30lbs. and it was easy.Ate everything fruit,veggies. meat , bread.and saved up points for the weekend.Pizza& beer "mmm''
Please dont try to lose weight too fast or it will come back. Change it up by walking, jogging, riding bike, swimming, lifting small weights.A day at a time,you'll change your life and you will feel like a new person.Good Luck!

Fasting is NOT healthy...just try setting a calorie intake. Don't go under 1200 though. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Stop eating at 7pm so that you don't have sugars and fats in your body before you go to bed, and drink water before you go to bed too, it helps raise your metabolism. BE HEALTHY!

try doing a 1200 calorie diet....eat lots of veggies, little sugar, and make sure to drink lots of water! I've lost 4 lbs in 2 1/2 days!

Do what I did to lose 20 pounds in one month. Eat nothing but salad with lowfat dressing and stand doing everything.

best think today is eat small meals during the day....or snack on fruits....greens throughout the day but do not eat after 6pm

8 p.m. is really late? but you go to bed at 11 p.m. and that's not considered late?

my guess is, you just want attention.

get over the fact that your NOT really on a diet!
