I have read many Anti-Utopia books, 451 is a favorite. It has action and can be related to the real world.
"A Seperate Peace" is more introspective and involves more deep character interaction.
If it were I, both would be chosen.

Fahrenheit 451. Ray Bradbury's writing is magical in this book.He uses the words to paint pictures in your mind .Also, look at how many of the inventions that he postulated came true. Robot bank tellers= ATM machines.
Telephone teletype unit in firehouse= fax machine. Big screen TV 's.
This book is very dynamic.
A Separate Peace, while well written, was slower paced. I found it to be kind of boring to read.
My screen name is taken from Fahrenheit 451.
"Don't face your problems, burn them". Fire Captain Beatty-Fahrenheit 451

Fahrenheit 451 is more to my liking. It's about the kind of things I like to read about, future society, and the problems it brings out in our own society. It makes people think about what can happen if we don't stop and look what's going down around us.
