i wont just say this and not take my own advice cause i have been trying to tell him for a year now he just wont get it, but just let them know hey i love you enough to care about you but i dont think this is going anywhere. i dont want to waste your time nor mine so to say i am not trying to hurt you but i think that i would be hurting you more living a lie or us being together. no i am not saying something is wrong with you you are a good person but not for me and dont fault me for my feellings i just believe we need to be somewhere else with this and that is only right. i can understand if you are angry i was trying to avoid that. but when you get ready to talk to me i will be there. dont come to mind that there is someone else that is not the issue. the issue is that i am not feeling us anymore and we really need to move on. i have never taking your love for granted and i hope you not mine and that is why i must let it be known now. i love you but i am not in love with you. can you understand? and if they say no then write another question up here

number one if you love the person why are you telling him/her it's over. if you found someone else you weren't in love with them in the first place.or is the shoe on the other foot did he/her find someone else ,if so the same goes with them.have you asked yourself is that what i really want to do? i don't know the whole situation or what brought you to this conclusion so all i can tell you is do it with honesty he/she deserves that much.good luck i hope things work out for you

if you are in love then you need a really good reason for it to be over...and if you have that reason then the only way to do it is by being honest

it's time to move on, but if you love him then why is it over? everyone goes through bumpy times. Try to work it out if your still in love

Be very blunt. I was in that situation once. I kept trying to let him down easy, and he kept acting like he heard nothing. I finally had to be very blunt, he ws mad, accused me of leading him on.

its hard, but you have to tell him straight out what you feel, and make sure he understands there is no maybe later you will change your mind, even if it breaks his hart now, it will heal faster.
