My brother is going to be in a parade on September 30th, and he is going to be George Washington. Does anyone know how to make a colonial wig like George Washington's. One with the curls at the top of the ears, not one with a ponytail.

Someone told me to spray paint two toilet paper rolls white and bobby pin them to his hair. But I don't know how to make his hair white. So if anyone knows a temporary way to make his hair white, please tell me.

A lot of eBay stores sell them, and if you buy one now, you can just say you want express shipping, it arrived next day. Check out the link for one I saw for $15 bucks.
