My wife thinks I'm smoking. BUT I"M NOT. Is there a home test I can buy to prove it?

No. You need to work on the deeper issues of trust in your relationship. Why doesn't your wife believe you? Have you lied to her in the past? If so you have sown and now you will reap; you need to earn back her trust and this will be a long and difficult process.
Also, if other people in your workplace smoke, this could be scenting your hair and clothes so that she smells it when you come home.
If neither of these things is the case, you might suggest to your wife that she see a dr and get her nose checked, because nasal polyps can cause you to smell things that aren't there.

Why should you prove it? Instead you should be working on trust issues with your wife.

there is a home test for drugs. i am not sure of the name but i do know that i saw it at Wal Mart.

If you wre a smoker, she would be able to smell it on you. Not just your clothes hands and hair, but you would breath out cigarette residue for hours after.
Just breath on her. That would be proof enough.

I agree with the person who said you have bigger issues. You might want to look into marriage counseling.
