Well, I am Italian married to a German and I will tellyou this... Italian men never appealled to me for the hair and stereotypical attitude which I always found true. We talk loud because we know everything and don't actually eat as much pasta as you'd think. We don't have plastic on our couches anymore and the Mob is no longer so appealing. Italian people are like everyone else, we just wantto be loved and not called guinies by anyone except another guinie!

Passionate. Romantic. Catholic (usually, at least nominally Catholic). Sexy. Great but possessive lovers. Well-endowed men and "built" women. Good innate fashion and food sense. Hot cars. Usually good-looking. Can be hot-headed, quick to anger, hit you with a baseball bat :-) vengeful, etc. Rather like Latin Americans in many respects. These are things which several ethnicities / cultures of that ilk ("Latin" origin) are (stereotypically of course) sometimes thought to share; all of them from Italians , Spaniards, Portuguese, southern French, to the Latin Americans, and their descendants around the world.
Of course we Jews are hot-headed at times too, and vindictive, but we all too often (unfortunately) lack the "sexy, great lovers, good-looking, great fashion sense " , etc etc, ... :-)

To be honest I only know one italian person and he is a butt, but I don't have any preconceived stereotypes of them. I guess if I knew more I would look at them by their personality. That's how I look at most people.

I think they are wonderful people. I love their culture, food, traditions and their history. Some of their men are the most attractive I have ever seen compared to other ethnic groups.

I think they're great....and they've got Sophia Loren...still as gorgeous today...saw her last year in Toronto.

They very friendly , polite and they love kids .Italy is a very beautyfull country.I always loved it there.
