My opinion: The reason that I think child molesters keep getting let of of jail is because some white people don't want the number of white males to increase or surpass the number of black males that are in jail.

I think there are a few reasons, but race is probably not that important:

1. Kids are vulnerable to being manipulated by the molesters. The molester may gain the child's trust by acting like they care about the kid. The kid believes the abuser loves them, so the kid wants to please the abuser, To tell the secret would be "betraying" their "friend." Also, the victims often don't report abuse because of fear. They may be afraid of being hurt more by the offender or afraid for the safety of their family because of threats from their abuser. They also might be afraid that people won't believe them. They may think that telling their parents about the abuse will cause their parents pain at not being able to protect the child and being betrayed by someone they trusted.

2. Victims often don't have proof of the abuse. People don't take children seriously enough and tend to act patronizing toward them. Many times, people don't believe them. They think the kid imagined it or is deliberately lying, Or they think that somehow the child invited/deserved the abuse. Even if the kids are believed, it can be hard to prosecute in court. Most of an offender's victims won't come forward and the ones that do might have missed the deadline imposed by the statute of limitations. That's why molesters are offered pleas for reduced sentences.

3. The maximum punishments for sex crimes can be ridiculously short and easy for the child molester. Often, they aren't considered violent offenders, since they don't have to beat their victims to get them to submit. Some claim and even believe that they love children and wouldn't hurt them, although their actions are extremely harmful to the kids psychologically. Many prisons are overcrowded, and may be the reason that pedophiles are let out so soon.

4. The media does promote sex to kids and it's becoming increasingly accepted in our society. Ever notice how many preteens are dressing too provocatively and wearing makeup in an attempt to be popular and act like adults? It's really sad. Most models get their start as early as 13 or even younger. Once they aren't minors anymore, they've only got a couple of years before they're considered practically over-the-hill. The fashion industry sells sexiness to adults by using teens who minds and self-identities are developing much slower than their bodies. Kids are losing their innocence way too early through the media and therefore their participation in sexual activity often isn't taken seriously (even when it's forced or coerced). It's considered "normal." As for the person who says the young girls are at fault, you can't blame someone who is mentally undeveloped for the abuse. The abuser is usually older and has a mental advantage over the young person so they can manipulate them. Even if the child is curious about sex, they can't fully comprehend the consequences of sexual activity. Add to that the brainwashing done by society and the molester and you can't fairly blame/punish them. Kids are not necessarily as sophisticated as they might seem. Plus, many kids who have been molested and raped don't want to engage in sexual activity, so blaming the children makes even less sense.

For what the second person said, Caucasians are slowly becoming a minority believe it or not, there are more "minorities" than Caucasians.

Yet although I must say something, America's government (no I'm not bias, I live here!) is rather corrupt yet I don't think jailhouses and courts would let White people go that easily. If I were White, I don't think I'd let a fellow White person who was known for child molesting near my kid. No way in f***ing hell.

That's a theory I've never heard. I understand they have to let them out when they have served their time. If they keep their noses clean while in jail, they get out when they are supposed to.

If some are released early, it's because of jail overcrowding.

Be aware that it's extremely easy to end up with jail time as a sex offender these days. Homeland Security netted over 60 guys who had visited a child porn site. Only three had done more, but all 60 guys got jail sentences.

I have no clue ... Parents need to just be aware and not trust anyone with they children.

These child molesters seem to get away with it this is why all of them do not stay in jail for a long time however, if it is a black man who molest children they stay in jail alot longer... It's sad but true...

Because the sentencing structure the judges have to go by is not tough enough. The other reason is that alot of the times, their sentences are plea bargains-a guilty plea for a lighter sentence. So, they do their sentence and get out. They get out early on probation or parole because some bleeding heart liberal thinks the person is "reformed". Black and white have nothing to do with who gets out of jail-that's utterly ridiculous

I don't think that's the reason, maybe white males spend more time on the computer, while black and other racial males spend more time on the street, and I don't think there are that many child molesters out there as the mass media wants us to believe and get scared. Misdeameaner and sexual offenders are just full of absurdness. 18 year boy who sleeps with his girlfriend who is 17 becomes a sexual offender is just plain out of common sense. Plus, there are just too many girls asking sex from boys and men. They entice them, then they complain. Sometimes it is the other way around, they sleep for money and get piad a lot, then inform and act like they innocent. There should and must be some punishment for underage girls who looks for sex on the internet as well. They know what they are doing! Children nowadays not innocent. Naturally and biologically, humans once they passage 12 or 13, they are physically and emotionally ready for sexual encounters. So sex education is important, ir prevents them to start their sexual experiences on the wrong foot. It is more complex problem than we think. Both young girls and adult men are at fault!!!

First of all, contrary to popular belief, the number of blacks and whites in prison is almost evenly distributed. Second, the system sucks. And third, all released molesters should be kept in a confind community, never to be in contact with children.

Keep parents on their toes. The "reform" system and the stupid rules about how far they can live from schools. I live in a dump zone for these people. We chase them out with pitchforks and flaming sticks.
