I have done several antivirus checks and it seems to be clean. It is working fine, exept when i am online, for instance, scrolling through the questions here, the page is slowly rippling ,sort of in waves. This once happened to me before, and someone said it could be a tap on my computer,or someone trying to hack me.I know its not the mouse as it is fine off line.I have defraged and have heaps of free space. Is there a diagnostic tool that i can get to check my system ,or is there a way to find out if i am being tapped -of-hacked??

If you run shareware, that depletes alot of the computers resources! Next time it does it, press ctrl, alt, dlt and look in the process list, see what is using the most memory. You'll find your problem!

This is a good site with a lot of free tools.
It has the Live One-Care Scanner it free if you have the time...
I would just let it run for about 4hrs it couldn't hurt...
I would also recommend the zone-alarm firewall
