Yes, I AM an American. YES, I am happy with my role as an American Citizen, and I am PROUD to say I served my Country Long and Honorably, and was able to RETIRE from the Military (and yes, I am Female). Do I feel effective as an American Citizen? Yes, I do -- because of my service (and my siblings' Military Service, and my fellow Service Members past, present and future), I am able to enjoy owning my own home, driving my own vehicle, being able to go where I want to go when I want to go, get the EDUCATION I want to obtain (and have), and even such things as NOT having to have a Male Family Member take me everywhere AND ... most importantly -- my income is MY OWN!

Hmm my role as an American citizen, that interesting, As a American citizen I can not make a change, it take a lot of Money, Influences , Power and Control, things that I do not have in my life or wish to have in my life. GOD Plant me in this place that I live, it is where my children live and it is where I will remain until God says it time to move on. There for I am just a man practicing Christianity in my daily life it has nothing to do with being American or a republican or Democrat, or what ever the world might want to title it. I just a man no more or less then any one else.

No I am not at all happy as an American citizen and I don't feel effective. Because the Supreme Court doesn't do its job right. It doesn't interpret law, it makes laws in order to strip us of law-making power. I am extremely unhappy with that fact and I don't want to vote ever again because of it.

I have worked on political campaigns and actually work in a government position. The one thing that I know for sure is that EVERYTHING is political in one way or another. It is the politics of life that makes human interaction complicated. Just as these posts/answers here show full well, that people are complicated and if you don't say what they want to hear you are the devil incarnate.

Frankly speaking...no, I'm not. Too many political maneuvers within the voting system cause me to think elections are rigged. I've even heard recently (on NPR) that politicians are now rezoning the maps to gain votes to their party by default. How can my measly one vote possibly detour such corruption??
